Who is responsible

Guzen, as a demonstration of Maison Orée, 3 chemin de l'Orée, 84220 Lauzières, FR. Contact: bonjour@maison-oree.example.

What we collect

When you use the form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, the dates, room and extras you choose, your arrival time and any note you write. Nothing else is collected about you, and the fields marked optional can be left empty.

Why, and on what basis

We use these details to hold your room, confirm it and contact you about your stay. We do this because you ask us to (your consent and the steps needed before an appointment or contract). Without your name and a way to reach you we cannot hold the request.

Who receives them

Only Guzen, as a demonstration of Maison Orée and the companies that run this site for us: our host (Cloudflare). Your details are never sold or used for advertising.

Where they are kept, and for how long

In this demonstration, bookings are stored only in your own browser and never sent to a server.

Cookies and statistics

This site sets no cookies. Your theme, your language and any demonstration bookings are kept in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, at any time by writing to bonjour@maison-oree.example. We answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority: CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
